Guest guest
I'm trying to find a resource in London for my sister where she can purchase fermented veggies - like kimchee or sauerkraut, etc. Does anyone have a resource either mail order or a good health food shop to recommend, or an asian market?? She has tried Whole Foods, and they do not sell them over there. She lives in W8, but will travel to a market if she could find something - Thanks in advance, Kim in NJ, SBS due to bowel resection Feb 03 2 4 yr old boys w/ADHD, SPD, leaky gut, klebsiella oxytoca & candida Transitioned to SCD from GFCF Nov/Dec 08 All SCD Jan 1/
Guest guest
Kimchee is very easy to make ...especially if you have a food processor!! I actually hand chop the bigger veggies & a full one gallon jar takes less than half an hour to prepare! Sandor Katz has a website with a recipe, as does healingnaturallybybee ...hth, gisele
