Guest guest
Hi everyone, I heard from Lou a couple of hours ago. She wanted me to let you all know that yesterday she had a chest x-ray and from that the doctor says nothing has changed in her lungs from the last time they checked. I'm wondering if maybe it was a ct scan but she specified chest x-ray so I'm not sure. They also took some blood and the doctor called her with those results this morning. Apparently these showed that there is no muscle damage due to the Crestor which is good news. She has to wait until February 10th for an echocardiogram but at least it's scheduled. She sounds very weak and says that's how she feels. The doctor has told her not to do anything but rest until after the echo because she is so weak. She told me on 9 liters of O2 her sats dropped to 51 when she got up to use the bathroom and they take several minutes to get back in to the 70's. Once she is back in her chair in the living room it takes about 15 minutes for her to get back into the 90's. That's all I really know, I told her to call me anytime and I will update the board for her. She's apparently just too weak to sit at the computer. I assured her that we would all be sending all our good thoughts and prayers.
