Background

** I have been on no sulphur diet for the past two weeks (eating all

orgainics) and feel significantly better in the head.

** I have also been taking niacinamide and selenium to clear out

months of chorella and cilantro and help me with the Mult-chem-

sensitivities that i have. There has been less of the back/feet/legs

burning

* am taking steps to have adrenals and thyroid tested and try to get

some Hydrocortisone. morning temp seems to be constant at 98.0

However I have noticed what I think is less physically energy and

more fatigue/aches/inflammtion (I am guessing). Last two days have

become more constipated so increased vitamin C to help in bowel

cleanse. Sleep is worse, waking up at 12:01 am 2:00 am for a few hours

Question:

Could the lack of sulphur now be creating other problems (ie

I have noticeably lighter stool), least two weeks which I think means

less bile which i think means less cleansing by liver??

OR, Could it just be that its a detoxing layer, ie I have reduced

the problems created by cilantro/chorella/sulphur and the impact of

chemicals Soooooo, the next problem is now just more noticeable ..Ie

possibly low adrenals??

OR should I be adding some other supplement. I also started with

flax/borage this week. I am going to get a wad of diffreent sleep

meds (klonopin/trazadone (spelling?)/ambien and see which ones

test Ok on me as I thnk the lack of sleep/adrenal weakness is really

wiping me out??

any suggestions?

Thanks
