Hey Val. Just got my latest labs. Little bk of bkgrnd. Am up to 75 mcg of

Cytomel doses as follows: 20 mcg, 20 mcg, 20 mcg & 15 mcg. Also currently on 25

mg of HC dosed as follows: 10, 7.5, 5 & 2.5. Also on 100 meq K-Dur & 2 1/2-3

teaspoons of sea salt & 1 1/4 tabs of Florinef. Have been dx'd w Hashi's.

Opinion pls on these labs:

TSH: 0.011 range 0.450-4.500

Free T3: 6.7 range of 2.4-4.4

Free T4 .15 range of .82-1.77

TPO Ab 60 range of 0-34

My ferritin has dropped down 66 from 89 just 2 months ago. I am waiting on call

bk from my hematologist re: getting another iron infusion. I have had 4 in the

past which helped tremendously.

I am still waiting on Reverse T3 test results but the last 1 I had done 2 months

ago showed ratio of 25 so I am assumning it will be even higher than that this

time.

Also still waiting on RBC Magnesium & RBC Potassium & sodium levels.

My temps have been stable at 98.4 w some 98.6's in the afternoons. BP has been

up a bit past few days as has my pulse. But it has been scortching hot here, w

temps in the 100's!! Been sleeping much much better tho. And most of my aches &

pains have gone away.

Do you think I can stay at the 75 mcg Cytomel or do you think I should increase?

I know my dr. is gonna have a fit over these labs. The TSH is marked Alert &

the Free T3 is marked high as is the TPO Ab. My antibodies were at one time over

300!

Thnx Val. Looking forward to your reply.

C.
