Just put sea salt in the food. I cook everything with it and the kids

keep asking..mom what'd you do the make the chicken taste so good. Or

wow the broccoli never tasted this good as they woof down the whole

pan.

We use ascorbic acid. I would check to see if the sodium ascorbate is

readily used by the body. If so, then probably ok.
