I am trying to understand what is going on in my body, because I still do not

feel quite as I would like after clearance (a bit more than two months ago)...

Since I am monitoring sugar levels (I have insulin resistance) I have noticed

that my morning (fasting) levels (usualy around 100) are higher than those

before bed (less than 100).

I eat low carb and my post-meal numbers are absolutely normal (not so if I eat

" normal " amounts of carbohydrates).

I have deduced then that the culprit must be the " morning " hormones (like

cortisol, epinephrine, and others I don't remember now).

Should I be concerned about this? could it be intefering with me trying to

optimize thyroid/adrenals? And if so, what can I do to help myself?

Thanks,
