In a bowl mix 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup margarine, and 2/3 cup raisins. Stir in 1 cup buttermilk and 1 egg. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface. Form into a round; place on baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/4 cup of buttermilk; brush loaf with mixture.
