You have started on quite a high T3 dose, were you replaceing some

natural thyroid? Perhaps the adrenal supplement and lwoer ing the dose

and raising it SLOWER would be wise.

without any responses. I'm pretty concerned about this drop in temps - sitting

here with a thermometer in my mouth at 4:20 in the afternoon and it's reading

only 97.4. So I'm putting my situation here to see if I can get some advice.

96.9. Daytime temps are all over the place for the last two days...98.4, 98.9,

98.1. My 8:30 a.m. temp 2 days ago was 98.4. Today it is 97.8.

(B), 98.1, 98.1, 98.0. Already I see an adrenal-fatigue-like fluctuation in

temperature.

stopped them because I thought I didn't need them any more. Now it appears that

I do. Stress at home will do that to us, I guess. I have a few Solarays left, so

took one this morning and already smeared myself with a half-teaspoon of HC

cream, which I think would be about 20 mg, but no telling how much of that I'll

actually absorb and use. I did feel a mini-dump after doing that, though, so

some good came of it, and it shows that I'm most likely pooling a bit.

but that may just be in comparison to feeling pretty darn bad for years and

years before this.
