Have you ever received a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? I'm sure you could find a doctor who would give you that label. ;-) I know that S.Security does recognize CFS now as a reason for disability. I had a link one time to the steps to get SS if you have CFS. I don't remember it now, but I bet if you googled it, you could find lots of info. You gotta do what ya gotta do. Uh...you are in the U.S., right? Sorry if I just wrote all that and you live in the U.K. or somewhere else!I have my own skincare website, so that's how I work from home. I have been meaning to update it for 2 years now. It looks sort of crappy, IMO, but people stil buy stuff, lol.Ideas? You could look into drop shipping items that you sell on ebay. That's something I've heard of. If you google it, I think you could find lots of info, but watch out for those scams that try to tell you how to do it for gobs of $$$! But it is a legitimate

business one can get into.Oops, sorry, yes 6 is about 9 mg. I think I threw that out because you were so ill, it sounded like you might need to stress dose for a couple days to try to get back on your feet. I don't think 2 will be enough, but you can certainly try. You may need to do 3, which is a bit closer to 25 mg HC total.About your dosing, well, only you know what makes you feel better, but you probably know you're supposed to take more in the AM and less throughout the day. :-) So you might want to add in your 2 pellets both to your AM dose to try to get a better rythym going. I don't know if you'll need a bedtime dose or not.Okay, the reason you probably feel good in the AM is because you wake up with some cortisol and then you use it all up and don't have any left for the rest of the day, so you're taking extra later and closer together to try to make up for it. If you take more in the AM, your adrenals won't get pounded

try to make more later on. It's okay to dose every 3 hours, but you should dose before you start to go downhill. So maybe 7 - 510 - 51 - 44- 3If you feel crappy later on, maybe move 1 pellet from the 10 dose and take it 7 or bedtime. You'll just have to play with it. I am just trying to help here as I'm certainly NO dosing expert and I'm not a mod, either. I had to play with my HC to figure out how much to take to relieve symptoms and tolerate t3, but I do take more in the AM and less as the day goes on.Well, I'll tell you something interesting: HC makes my swelling go down and I figure it's because i don't use my t3 if I my HC is too low.But then recently, this time, I still had a tad edema and then when I added potassium, I was having to get up to pee like 3 times a night for a couple days and I thought, oh no, now what's going on. then I read another post where Val told someone that

peeing like that after starting potassium is because it gets rid of excess fluid. WHEW! It stopped after a couple of days and I have my ankles back, lol.yes, I have magnesium malate and take that every day. Iget cheap powders at: www.beyondacenturyonline.com But i warn you powdered magnesium is not the most tasty!Yes, I think the problems with finding a dose of t3 will work out when you take a tad more Isocort. they have for me anyway.I've had docs that wanted me on no HC and docs that put me on 50! I figure it's not so bad being "addicted" to HC. When I wasn't taking enough, I got addicted to Xanax because I was so panicky from all the adrenaline rushes. Coming off Xanas is much worse than coming off HC, let me tell you. Also, every time I have come off HC, my adrenals come back just fine -- right back to where they were -- not working well, ha ha. BUT Val has told me that the t3 will help heal them, so we'll see!
