Just had another though regarding mouth taste & ALA

I have on-again, off-again issues with LPR (silent GERD). Could the

ALA be causing a reflux thing? I wonder about those night doses. Of

course LPR wouldn't have caused the dryness in other parts of my body.

I remember reading about that in AI, but I can't remember what Andy

said to do about it. Oh drink baking soda/w water 1-2 tsp. sitting

upright.

AlA can be irritating to the GI tract. Make sure to drink lots of

water after swallowing the capsules, especially at night when your

going to be laying down. Dryness..? I missed that part, but I get

seriously dehydrated feeling on a round and can't enough water.
