MRIs don't always show lesions for MSers. I have a good friend with primary progressive MS and she has never had lesions show up on her MRIs. The balance problems are hard to deal with. My PC has suspected MS from the start (7 yrs ago yesterday), but none of my MRIs show any brain lesions, only spinal lesions. I did better for a while, but the last two years my hands are alot more numb, more difficut to use, & have developed bad tremor in my right hand. Also , my feet are more numb & balance is worse, but the Neuro says the latest MRI shows no brain lesions & are looking better, so still dx of TM. Oh well, I just keep plugging along & try to take things day-by-day.
