New to this forum - wondering about wisdom teeth being pulled

I am not sure if you all want to hear my story, but I will keep this

post to a particular question...

I am having my 3 remaining wisdom teeth pulled on Thurs (1-24)-just

pulled, not cut out, as they erupted when I was in my late teens. My

question is - if I am not on any Isocort or HC (except OTC HC cream

once in a while when my stress symptoms seem out-of-control) as I am

waiting for the results of my Diagnos-Techs saliva testing, is there

anything I can or should do to minimize the stress reaction to this

procedure? I am still on levothyroxine (have a filled prescription of

Armour waiting for me to get the status of my adrenals) and started sea

salt (Himalayan?) this past Friday.

I will have spent the 3+hrs before my appt with a bunch of 7th graders

as a chaperone for a movie theater outing... (still haven't decided if

it was a good idea or not to sign 'yes' to that permission slip?!)
