Guest guest
Absolutely ... BUT, it is nice to see Texas leading the way on this one. It is rare that we do that... The legislation referenced in this article did not pass...but it was combined with a broader based bill that did pass that will prevent several felons from becoming or remaining EMS certified. This new legislation in Texas will prevent a long list of felons from becoming certified as well as all registered sex offenders. The last piece this legislation will do (those from out of Texas please don't laugh) but it gives our Department of Health the ability to determine if someone can be certified based upon their background BEFORE they enroll in an EMS education course (EMT, EMT-P, etc) instead of waiting until after they complete the course. I do agree however, there is no good way to interpret this article... Guest guest
Oh, did it mention the fact that legislature deemed it that no form of rehab, even from burglary, ever works so they can't work here. Calling, I HOP, do you need a dishwasher. I must get back on my meds. Andy **************Looking for love this summer? Find it now on AOL Personals.
