Guest guest
Well, dosing as I did yesterday which was 2.5mg at 4AM, 10mg at 8:30AM, 10mg at noon; 7.5mg at around 3:30AM, 2.5mg at 6:30 and 1ml of pred, and 5mg of cream at bed-time (11PM) and after taking my .5mg of klonopin AND 1/2 a Lunesta I slept from 11:30 to 4:45 and that was it. Got up at 5:30 to eat and take 2.5mg of HC to quiet the gnawing in the stomach but never got back to sleep. Back is killing me already today which means that the adrenals are hurting again. The pain actually subsided over the weekend some when I slept a lot on Sat. and Sun., but I'm right back to where I was last Tuesday. I had my aldosterone and renin labs drawn today so I'm wondering what those will show and almost hoping that they show that I need florinef b/c at least it would explain why I am having such a hard time stabilizing the adrenals enough to increase Armour. My temps also dropped this weekend into the high 97s and they returned to around 98.1 yesterday - just unstable enough to deny me the Armour increase. So, today, I will dose as you suggested below but I think that I'm going back up to 1.25ml of the pred b/c, even though I have a hard time getting up and functioning, at least I seem to sleep better at that dose than I am at 1ml. Does that sound OK? > > 12.5mg at 8:45AM (couldn't get out of > bed); 10mg at 12:30PM; 7.5mg at 3:30PM; 2.5mg and 1ml of pred at 7PM, > and 2.5mg of cream at bed-time. > > What I see here is you are MORNING loading and then letting levels drop too much at 3;30pm your dose shoudl be a bit higher for good rythm. Try this > 10 - 10 - 7.5 - 5 - 1ml pred(7PM0 and 2.5cream at bedtime > > If you are runnign too low at 4-5 you will use the Pred up very quickly as you are running at a deficit.
