flu or cholangitis? Please help

Rick has been sick all day and has thrown up more than a dozen times.

He has pain in his right side as well. Right now it appears that it is

all bile. His temperature has fluctuated just slightly up to around

99.5. I am worried about the bloody noses as well. I called the GI

and he said to wait until tomorrow to see if he gets any better. I

just don't know if this is the flu or something else. It seems pretty

excessive for the flu. His CMP was taken on friday and it was mostly

in the normal range. Which makes me wonder.
