There have been two months and a half since clearance and I still feel in some

kind of rollercoaster. Some days I feel O.K., but others I am so unwell that

have to stay home and sleep. I do not feel I am steadily improving, rather I

feel in some sort of health rollercoaster and feel I can not face any stressful

situation.

I feel quite tired most of the time and still have hypo symptoms (like dry eyes,

back pain, and, of course, depression, etc). Basal temps do not seem steady, but

are changing quite a bit from one day to another (still generally higher that

before clearance). Unfortunately I can't say much about daily average temps

because lately I haven't been able to check them regularly.

Lately heart rate has been quite high (100/120) but it seems to get better

(80/90) one of two days after each HC reduction (but I am unsure about

cause/effect).

It has been really hot weather lately (36/37 C) and I am having a very bad time

coping with that, my legs hurt (this has been going on for several years already

and I think is poor circulation).

I am now taking 15 HC (trying to wean) and 62.5 T3

I have been supplementing a lot of things for a while so that electrolytes,

vitamins B12 and D and ferritin were good in my last lab tests. I also have

insulin resistance but I eat low carb diet and, though not completely perfect,

glucose readings are very much under control.

The only things that were out of balance in my last labs were aldosterone (which

was high, way above range) and insulin (which was low, below range). Magnesium

was low but within range. I asked my doctor about aldosterone and he said is not

so uncommon to have high aldosterone when supplementing HC.

I have been working under the hypothesis that my cortisol is rather high after

clearance and have to lower it, but I am not sure. Since clearance I have

reduced HC from more than 30 to 15. I don't think I am worse, but I am not sure

I am better either.

What could be wrong? Why do I feel in this rollercoaster? What could I test to

have a clue about what is going on?
