normal temps but feel terrible

Hi everyone,

I just can't seem to figure this out

I'm still stuck on 75mcg of levothyroxine (synthroid) and am on 150mg of Iron

Normal sex hormone results and normal electrolyte labs and about to treat adrenals

Have a FT3/RT3 of 7.5, severe hashi's and labs still show I'm hypo

And yet I have normal temps!!! 37.0 C and I feel terrible-horrid fatigue and exhaustion

My Dr. said 'well those normal temps prove its not your thyroid causing your symptoms'

I do hope he is not right, can anyone shed some light on this?
