Some people will need less than that some more, but 75 is a rounded number I use for MOST people. It si in the middle generally not so high as to crash adrenals but high enough to feel whne the T3 breaks into the receptors. ANY time you have high pulse or high temps you may need LESS T3 and by the pther hand if oy uhave LOW pulse and lowe temps you may need mroe.,-- http://nthadrenalsw eb.org/http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ NaturalThyroidHo rmonesADRENALS/http://faqhelp. webs.com/http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ RT3_T3/http://www.thyroid- rt3.com/http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/HypoPets/http://www.stopthet hyroidmadness. com/
