Guest guest Posted February 7, 2008 Report Share Posted February 7, 2008 I've been trying different HC schedules, so this week I've been doing 20-10-5-5 every 4 hours. (7AM, 11AM, 3PM, 7PM) I've noticed that I'm been much more relaxed during the mornings due to the big morning dose. What's interesting is that I moved my last dose from bedtime to 7PM, and it hasn't my affected my sleep. My sleep isn't any better, but it's not any worse, which is surprising. Has anybody tried a schedule like this? I read a lot about big doses suppressing our ACTH too much.
