I am on 7.5 mg HC of (capsule + cream) in the morning,5 mg at noon,5 mg at 4, and 2.5 mg of cream at night , plus 1 gr of thyroid in the morning and half grain at noon. Still very low tems , like 96.6, 97.1, 96.9. Last night i woke up, i don/t know way, fell like i am having almost panic attack, very mild, feel like my tems probably dropped even lower, but i did't get up and didn't check. I felt awful! eventially i fell aslip again. Before HC i have never had that low tems. Here is my cortisol test. I am ramping up my dose slowly, what do u thing about my last dose of HC? Should i get 5mg too,bc of my test? It said adrenals really crashed at night? But i don/t want yet bc i just add to 4 pm dose . Should i have higher dose at night insteed of morning dose? Am i doing right thing? I am kinda on my own, my doc said do not take HC at all then he saw my TSH result, but i didn/t listenign him.
