Free T3 levels on T3 only?

What would be a good FT3 level if on T3 only? I know Val has said that when on

T4 the FT3 level will be lower because some of it is converting and not showing

up as free T3 or something like that.

So I assume that if you are on T3 only you won't feel good at a 4, but will need

to be at 5 or more??
