last year i think i read that if one takes hc before going to bed it helps them

sleep . How much should one take? also how do you dose your t3? i have the

feeling it keeps me awake if taken in the evening. (my present dosage is hc

=35mg and t3 40mcg.

i manage to get to sleep but wake up every night after 4 or 5 hours and take

melatonin . i take a good dinner but to no avail. can you explain how the hc

works to help you sleep? especially cos i take melatonin ( and valium) to help

me sleep. are melatonin and hc not antagonists??

thanks berny
