Guest guest
I am so confused as to what I need to do with my thyroid I am now on armour 60 and synthroid 88 as well as cymbalta 60 mg and nothing else. Since October 2009 when I started Synthroid I have gained 10 pounds. I am a35 year old female and 5'5 " and have always weighed around 118 and am at 135 lbs. I was originally started on Armour and then she added synthroid but my free T4 keeps decreasing. Is this a Reverse T3 issue or something else? How can I get this under control? Here are my labs from the beginning. I haven't changed to that yet because I don't know what to do and I definitely don't want to gain anymore weigt. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated!!! G. Guest guest
has anyone told oyu you need ot treat your low IRON? That si most liekly what is causing your RT3 nd adrenal stress. I woudl recommend starting 150-200mg elemental iron daily before you change anyhting wiht thyroid meds. Then in abotu 2 moths you nee dot stop iron for 5 days, get a fiull iron panel and FT3 and RT3. That wil tell you how to proceed from there. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
