Was something to do with PSC? or something else

Im am still a newbie with all of the PSC stuff and was diagnosed in early may. So I dont know if this was part of it or not. Today at work when I went out to lunch (lunch is one hour) after eating I started to shiver uncontrollably and was very cold and cold not warm up. after shaking for about 15 minutes at my desk I went to the restroom and lost my lunch. was an attack or something else? ever since then I'm ok just itchy and achey.
