I took a chub of hot sausage (jimmy dean type), cooked it and added a can of 'sketti sauce. Cooked a box of penne pasta. Rinsed it with hot water to remove some of the gluten. Put it in a casserole, added some cubed cheese (I used a velveeta type but any cheese would work), mixed it all together and sprinkled it with some Parma, and baked it for about 40 mins on 400*. It was AWESOME!!! I ate as much as I could!!!!
