Ok, so I finally got the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook (2nd addition)

and WOW, what an eye opener. So I read the chapter on pelvic pain and

low back pain and was able to replicate my low back pain as well as

vestibule pain by pressing on trigger points in my abdomen. I might

have actually overdid it since I seem to be really sore in my belly

today and my low back is killing me. I wish I just read that book

sooner since this is probably going to help me.

ANYWAYS, my question is, since I cant find a pelvic floor PT person in

my area, is there a way to do a search by location for someone who

strictly does trigger point massage? I have a strong feeling that if I

can find someone who strictly does that, they can help me with working

on these external trigger points. TIA.

ALSO, those of you who did PT for vestibulitis, how often did you do it

and how quick before you saw results...ex 2x a week for 4 weeks, etc.

Also, how long did they work on each trigger point...the book said no

longer than 1 minute each.
