Happy Birthday Martha !!I'm off to the conference, wish I could meet you, you sound like a very smart lady.LeeIf I had the secret to staying asymptomatic with PSC I wouldn't keepit a secret, but I'm afraid it's just part of the range of thisdisease. But regular monitoring and stenting if needed can keep bileduct strictures from getting out of hand. A blocked duct causesatrophy of the region it drains. Good luck,Martha (MA)44
