Attention EMS 911 Providers:

The EMS allotment eligibility table has been updated on the DSHS

EMS/Trauma Systems' website again (link below). Please review the

information for your EMS organization and verify it is accurate. If

I do not receive a response, I will use the information as is for

our final list which determines your eligibility for FY 09 funding.
