Do I have an RT3 problem / is there a problem with different measurements Thks

Hi all

I think I may have an RT3 problem.

I posted on the TPA site about another problem and just happened to mention my

RT3 ratio.... but there are conflicting answers as the measurements (ng/dl and

pmol/l) are different when working it out.

My RT3 was 20.2ng/dl (range 9-35 ng/dl)

My FT3 was 4.9 pmol/l (range 4-6.8 pmol/l)

Someone worked it out 15 and another worked it out at 24.25 and suggested i need

the measurement units to be the same and for TT3 rather than FT3 for a

useable/comparable ratio TT3 : RT3 ?

Can anyone shed some light here as i thought my rt3 was ok but now I am not so

sure. Thanks
