Started taking T3 only to try to clear rt3 on May 7th after getting these lab

results:

rt3 509 <90-350>,ft3 7.2 <2.0-4.4>,ft4 4.8 <1.2-4.9>,t3 36<24-39>, ferritin

350<10-291>, b12 931<211-911>

Previously take 6 grains(390mgs)Naturethroid, so started with 50 mcgs cytomel,

25mcgs in morning, 25 around 1pm. In 15 days when started feeling hypo increased

to 6.25 mcgs at around 4 pm became hyper immediately so in 2 days went back to

just the two 25mcgs dosage each day.

Took new labs two days after going back to 50mcg. Added crp test at my request.

New labs:

rt3 75<90-350>, ft3 7.5 <2.0-44>,ferritin 308<13-150>, c-reactive protein,

cardiac 11.54<0.00-3.00>

Very high crp, alarmingly high, but my pulse is fine, bp good, and temp within

0.2 variance, but am somewhat hypo.

Three days after going back to 50mcgs, added in 1/8 of 25mcgs, about 3.12mcgs

around 4 pm have tolerated this increase well so far.

So my questions are:

Could me being hyper 2 days before lab work account for high crp?

Should I be alarmed that I have only been able to increase T3 by 3.12 a day

after 5 weeks?

Should I try to increase to 6.25 again or try to add in another 3.12 around say

11am.

How will I know I have reached clearance?

I'm scheduled to see Dr. in about a month so I need your imput. Dr. is internist

who admits he doesn't know jack about rt3 or tissue resistance but he will

listen to what I find out here.

Thanks

Judy
