Itching at a young age

Hi. This is for all of you that have had VVS for as long as you can

remember.

As a child, I was always scratching down there and getting in trouble

for it, but it itched and bugged me. I get it ever once and awhile

still, but I used to do it all of the time and rub the toliet paper as

hard as I could when I was in the bathroom so I wouldn't get in

trouble. Does this sound like I had an issue way back then (like 4 or

5 yrs old)? I knew that there was a problem when I tried my first

tampon.
