Thank you. I plan on calling tomorrow. I've decided to take my life in my

own hands. I'm tired of getting the run around from doctors. I will let

you know how I make out.

Just thought about what u said as the massage it does, hurt but to me also

felt good too. And there is a program for the Y, if you are low in income,

you can either call and they will send you the form u fill out, or go in. I

belonged when living in Ma. and got a reduced membership, 12.mo! I was going

to do it up here in Me. but the one with the pool is an hr away, and what

good it may do in the water, would work me back in to a big ball of tension

on the drive home, as it is a 1 laner rd. all the way up and traffic in

summer terrible would take probably 2hrs. You should be able to get a good

rate. Hoping u a lighter day Sharon

pretty solid for the

past two days. Between the rain and all of a sudden I got that horrible

fatigue I used to get, I just gave into it. I'm glad I did because I do

feel better today.

My shoulder still hurts, but it will for awhile.

As for the meds vs. therapies... yep, you got it. I've been through PT ever

since I was diagnosed and non of it has helped. One that I went to actually

caused me more problems.

I may look into finding a masseuse that deals with fibro and find out if the

YMCA has programs or special rates for the disabled. Basically, I'm going

to take most of my care and put it in my own hands. I'm tired of getting

the run around from doctors. I used to be afraid of massages because I

thought they would hurt, but then I got one and it felt great... even for

awhile after. We'll see. I have to go over the budget.
