Tim,

Ken had

all of his Hep vaccines when he was first dx in 1999. His Hep A “took”, but his

Hep B didn’t and he has to take it over again. The Hep B vaccine is a 3 shot series. 1 shot, wait a month, second shot, then a

6 month wait until the third shot. His

Coordinator told us if he gets called before the final shot they would give it

to him right before surgery. That won’t

be a problem for us, as Ken has

quite a wait until his call. Don’t

know what they would do in your case.
