Guest guest
When do you decide that you need to increase your dose as opposed to stress dosing? Especially when the stress is of the emotional kind. I'm up to 30mg per day now which is twice what my doc wanted me to take. I'm going to call him and see if he'll prescribe an increase, but want to figure the stress dosing thing out before I talk with him. I think I understand what to do during illness or isolated stresses. The stuff with my Mom is so unpredictable though. She can have a week of being fine and then 4 days of stressing me out to my limit and beyond. I know I have to stress dose when this happens, but how do I determine if this should be a stress dose versus an increase? Cherie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright No virus found in this outgoing message.
