Guest guest
I am just gearing up (and getting the courage!) to start the T3 treatment for my very high RT3 (ratio of 8). I've read all the material and lots of back posts. My adrenals are good now, and my ferritin is 107. My question is: I am on 60 mcg daily of Synthroid, and is it possible to just start more slowly by substituting a little T3 for the synthroid and slowly wean over to the all T3? I have a super sensitive heart and body (prone to bad arrhythmia-MVP) and am afraid of going right over to all T3 like you have in the " Getting Started " directions will be too much for me (even though there is still the decaying T4)---plus I'm a chicken when it comes to the scary health havoc I can go thru with any thyroid changes. If this has been done successfully, can you point me to how to find out how to do it that way? Thanks so much for your help, Warm regards, kate
