blood in stool this am, please advise

Yikes- I've been doing great for 3 solid months- no illegals.

This am there was some bleeding ( at the end ). I'm going back to intro for a

few days. There has been nothing new added to my diet for a while. Has anyone

else gone through this?

I got a little " looser " a few weeks ago. I thought this was the " 3 month flare "

but maybe this is.

I haven't seen blood in a long long time. Please advise- I have " mild " UC and am

still taking sulfasalazine.

I got the names of some LDN docs in my area and the closest one is about 2 hours

away from me, so it would take some time to get there. At the moment, I have to

do with what I have now.

Any advise, moral support would help.
