Guest guest
One of the supplements I take has Croscarmellose as an additive and I'm having trouble finding a brand that doesn't have it. I know it's listed as illegal, but it's description is " An internally cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose for use as a disintegrant in pharmaceutical formulations. Comes from wood pulp or cotton fibers to form carboxymethylcellulose. It contains no sugar or starch. " Does anyone understand about cellulose? Is Croscarmellose different from other cellulose, which is legal, because of the cross-link or what? Is it worse than " microcrystalline celluose " for example?
