Guest guest
Thanks for all the info Kim. So far I seem to be improving on the enzymes and I have been desperate for something to help me. I have decided that I need to take the risk, but I am very concerned about having illegals. It seems so difficult to find supplements that are legal in NZ. Plus my doctor wanted to put me on a strong digestive enzyme which I think you can only get on prescription. If your doctor wants you to use the enzymes, and since you have a deficiency it is critical, then this enzyme appears to be OK. > > Of course that is no guarantee your own body will tolerate it. I need digestive enzymes per my gastroenterologist and primary doctor, but my body rejects all that I have tried so far. So go slowly when you start them. > > Here's a link to a helpful illegal and legal supplement ingredient list on www.pecanbread.com > http://www.pecanbread.com/new/Sup1.html > I use it all the time when I'm considering supplements. Scroll down about a third of the way, and you'll see the list of legal and illegal supplement additives. Oh, and there is a list of SCD-compliant enzymes, but since you're in NZ (I think), you may not have too many options. > > Kim M. > SCD 5 years >
