How do I lose weight?

I know most people around here need to gain or maintain their weight but I need

to lose weight. Due to stress and bad habits I gained 20 pounds back of the 50

pounds I worked so hard to lose. Tell me if this is on track:

- No illegals, none.

- No dairy not even goat. This one is tough for me to accept but dairy makes me

very bloated and tired. The goat yogurt is wonderful but the abdominal swelling

is not.

- I must track my 1200 - 1500 calories a day on Sparkspeople. I lost 50 pounds

on Weight Watchers so I went back recently but there is zero support and

understanding of digestive issues so I stopped going.

- Exercise. Yup, I hate it but I have to do it. Walking the dog is not enough

either.

What can I do to heal? The iron pills my doctor prescribed started the weight

gain, then the allergy meds packed on 10 pounds, and my love of popcorn has only

made things worse. OK, I stopped all the pills and I swear off popcorn. Now

what?

Please let me know what else I can do to lose this darn swollen belly. I can

barely fit into my clothes and I feel like such a dork.
