Did Elaine say Chocolate was legal? No.

I do not see where it is legal expcept through you guys.

Dr. Haas advised not to use cocoa or chocolate and this still goes, it isn't just the sugar

he was worried about.

The cocoa butter/cacao butter and cocoa or cacao powder are the same and they

are ALL illegal! They are chocolate.

We have never allowed it. Have never been able to get the ingredients of all the chemical compounds in chocolate anyhow. The doctor who developed the diet did not permit it. I have worked hard to find out more about chocolate and I don't have all thedata on the tip of my tongue but my final conclusion was "don't take achance.'
