Guest guest Posted July 10, 2009 Report Share Posted July 10, 2009 The recipe says to sauté the onions and garlic, then add the zucchini, but this next batch I want to pick out the onions before I puree it. Do you think it would work to just sauté the garlic and zucchini and then add the onions (halved) when I add the water? Another thing, the last time I made it there were a bunch of strings in it, and I can't figure out what from. Could it be the fresh basil? The onions?
