Guest guest
Hi... I had posted back in January after first having my RT3 tested, and at the time my ratio was 26, so I did not appear to have an RT3 problem even though I had all the symptoms. At the time, Val suspected lab error, or maybe just that my ferritin was so low (18). Just had my labs redone after supplementing with iron for three months and my ferritin is now 90 so I've made great progress there. I also switched to doing my Thyroid-S sublingually, and I currently do 5 grains per day, but dose twice a day instead of once (as suggested by Nick) to be easier on my adrenals. I have been on 30 mg HC for two years and 5 grains of Thyroid-S for two years, but still have symptoms, including low, but stable temps. Here are my new labs: FREE T4 1.65 ng/dL (0.71-1.85 ng/dL) FREE T3 4.99 pg/mL High (2.30-4.20 pg/mL) TSH 0.00 uIU/mL Low (0.30-5.00 uIU/mL) T3, REVERSE 38 ng/dL High (11-32 ng/dL) Amy
