Guest guest
I am hair test 73. http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest.html 1) Symptoms: -Very foggy brain, concentration problems -A lot of fatigue. -Poor liver function -constipation -strange vision (a bit ichy behind eyes, difficulties with having overview) -slight joint pains in hands and toes -chronic fungal problems Medical history: In childhood: only regular headaches and more than average need for sleep (and more tired in the morning). This ineffective sleep got worse over time. Health became a problem when I was about 27. I have visited many doctors with little success. It seems that I need P5P at this moment (otherwise I get polyuria - very much diluted urine). My sleep doctor discovered 'sleep apnea'. I have used a CPAP but use a SnoreEx now. 2) In childhood 2 amalgam fillings were placed. They were replaced by composit fillings in 2006 (after I did a urine heavy metal provocation test). 3) I use hydrocortisone for weak adrenals. I use pramipexole as I discovered that this improves my sleep substantially (ineffective sleep has always been a problem -> recently it was discovered that it works on FM-patients). I use P5P otherwise I get polyuria - very much diluted urine. Supplements: a multi-vitamine, 1000mg vit C, B-complex, P5P. I have used many more, but not in a very consistent way (to experiment). I am just planning start chelation. 4) I have tried Magnesium-calcium-zinc tablets for a while. 5) I am pretty sure that my body cannot detox itself adequately. Maybe my ineffective sleep that I have had all my live contributes to it. My growth hormone (indirectly measured by IGF-1) which is made during sleep was extremely low. GH is very important for many things; you get atrophy of organs when it lacks. With pramipexole and my SnoreEx it is better. But I discovered these important things when my body was already completely out of balance: weak adenals, poor liver, foggy brain, poor digestion. Maybe heavy metals have build up during many many years. I am just in the process to discover that.
