Walked in this morning to find a new IV hanging with bright bold red letters.....STAT! Two (of 3) sets of cultures came back over night, one negative and the other (blood) came back positive for a Staff infection.

So they are blasting this infection hard and fast so Ken can have the TJBiopsy tomorrow (subject to change!) Even with the infection, his liver numbers continue to come down. (For Kim, cause I know you're going to ask....) Listed from 'highs' to 'today's'

The phone in his room stinks and he really doesn't feel much like talking anyway, but if you send him an e-mail, he'll read it whenever he feels well enough, might not answer it though. Mainly he's been sleeping, as they give him stuff to knock him out during the Thymo IVs.
