He has high functioning Autism. I am sure if he was re evaluated he might not even meet that diagnosis. He was diagnosed early at 19 months old but was moderate/severe back then. Early intervention has been wonderful in his case.

My son's teacher suggested I do the same by pulling him and doing VPK but I am afraid for him to lose his funding in case he does need help. I was thinking private school might be an option for him because of the class sizes, communication with staff, etc... His public homeschool is Tradewinds Elementary but I have yet to tour it yet.

I would be interested in hearing people's experiences.

Also we have been very lucky and he does not have any behaviors.
