Guest guest
Calcium citrate 1500 mg/ mag citrate 600 mg, first did the trick for me. Now I get a weird RLS deal sometimes, mild, but distracting. I suspect low potassium as I take the celtic salt. Now I keep low sodium V8 on the nightstand. If and when the RLS kicks up I swig some and away they go. I eat high protein and suspect the high protein uses up my potassium faster. ? -AG > > Does anyone have leg cramps at night when sleeping?
