Thanks for understanding Millie,

If by "messing with" you mean gettting some physical therapy

intervention, I have some pros and cons..

If all the PT does is streching vaginally and rectally then I say no.

If the PT does a complete evaluation including the positional symmetry

of the pelvis, sacrm and lumbar spine including functionl leg length

and then corrects it with non-manipulative manual techniques Muscle

Energy and Counterstrain then I say it couldn't hurt and it might help

big time.

In addition I strongly recommend a few sessions of EFT and then you

will learn to do it on your own. Even if you don't find a good PT

learning and doing EFT would help a great deal!!!!

Remember, the medication keeps you from feeling the problem, but if the

symptoms return when you stop the medication, the problem is still

there...

Have fun on your vaccation Millie..any place fun???
