off topic... what part of Israel are you in? My brother and his family are coming to Haifa in about two weeks and wanted to know what the weather is like

Arman,

I am in Netanya, which is in the central/coastal plane of Israel, the

part where Israel is most narrow. Netanya is about 45 minutes south

from Haifa. The wheather is always hot now, between 30 and 35

centigrades (84-93 Fahrenheit). At night it cools down, but no heavy

jackets or sweaters will be needed. Jerusalem is generaly 5 centigrades

(9 Fahrenheit) colder than Haifa because of its altitude. Eilat (in the

far south) is generally 5 centigrades hotter than Haifa. No rain is to

be expected. There is no rain between early May and early October.
