Guest guest
Hi, Is it ok to alternate chelators from round to round? So take DMPS + ALA one round, then DMSA + ALA the next round? I'm sure this has been asked before and think I remember either Andy or TK posting saying that its not ok but I cant remember the reasons why. I want to alternate as I cant take DMPS all the time as it is too expensive but I cant tolerate too much of DMSA either as it lowers neutrophils and mine are already too low plus it exacerbates my candida. I did switch from DMPS to DMSA mid round for my last round as I ran out of DMPS and it seemed to go fine. Also I'm not aware that I have any issues with lead or arsenic which would make one of the chelators more necessary. Thanks Anne
