I think that just IBD wouldn't qualify them, but liver disease would. Pearl struggles a lot, too. She doesn't eat well, naps all the time and is off and on an NG tube (starting again this week). Also, her labs are never completely normal. Did you appeal the decision? After you've been denied twice it is time to get an attorney.
